This is why we go to Florida! The back yard is like a mini resort. You’re surrounded by palms of all shapes and sizes while you float in the pool or hot tub. Or, sit at the Tiki Bar, listen to music and sip on your favorite beverage. We tend to spend most of our time sitting around the Tiki Bar – watching the kids swim — and chase geckos. There’s a bar fridge to keep things cool as well as a stereo system – just plug in your iPod! We also have a propane BBQ and lots of lounge chairs poolside.

The main part of the house consists of a living room with open concept kitchen and a large walkout to a screened in lanai. (which is the perfect place for coffee and breakfast in the morning. The living room has a large flat screen television with cable TV, Roku streaming, a DVD player and surround sound audio system. There’s also a cord to plug in your iPod or phone. If you’re an apple user, you can stream music directly through the Airport Express. The kitchen is well equipped with pretty much everything you need to create a family feast. Of special importance is the blender and lime juicer – gotta have cold margaritas! There’s a bathroom just down the hall with a tub/shower. At the end of the hall are the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is has a small en-suite with a shower. On the ground level, there’s a studio apartment just off the pool. The studio has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and is equipped with a flat screen television in the living area.
